Snapshot backup services are no longer available.
All our servelets are self-managed VMs, therefore customers will have to manage their own servelets, including the backups when necessary. On Unix servers, customers can backup their data over the network fairly easy using rsync.
Customers also can subscribe to our Idera Online Backup service. More information about our Idera Online Backup service can be found here.
Kindly note that the snapshot backup feature is no longer supported.
