You may check the root password of your servelet by logging into our client area portal ( https://my.simplercloud.com/ ) and go to your servelet's control panel: Services > Simple Cloud Plans > click on your servelet's hostname > click on "show" hyperlink next to the "Root password" section to reveal the password.
You may also reset your root password by clicking on "Reset Root Password" next to the "show" link. Take note that sometimes you might need to reset the root password first one-time after you have created a servelet, before you can log in to the server.
Note that for certain OS templates such as Slackware, password reset function is not available on our portal.
