We detected some technical issues on our storage cluster network for our public cloud infrastructure in Singapore. Our engineers are currently investigating and any new further updates will be posted here.
Update at 4:05pm Singapore time:
The storage network issue has been addressed and your services should be restored. However, there may be intermittent slowness due to recovery.
Update at 8pm Singapore time:
The storage recovery is completed and all services are restored normally.
