Payment Methods & Currency

 

1. Invoices are billed in USD and payable by PayPal, credit card and by funds in USD only. 

 

We accept other modes of payment as a means of topping up credits to your account.  Please read through the rest of this document for more details. 

 

2. USD Payments


A. PayPal & Credit Card

Payments can be made online from your SimplerCloud account automatically through PayPal or Credit Card.  Debit credit cards are not accepted at this time.


B. Cheques - Minimum $250:

We accept USD cheques from any company that has a USD account with a Singapore bank in Singapore only. The minimum amount is $250.

We do not accept USD cheques from any company out of Singapore.

C. Bank Transfer through Internet Banking and TT - Minimum $250:

We accept USD bank transfers and Internet Banking transfers for minimum amounts of $250. Please request more information on how to make a payment through this mode.

D. For Singapore companies and users only - Pay by PayNow:

For minimum amounts of $250, Singaporean companies or users with PayNow can make payments in SGD using PayNow directly to SimplerCloud. THe payable amount in SGD will be provided by SimplerCloud following a USD conversion rate set by SimplerCloud. Please request more information on how to make a payment through this mode.

E. How USD Cheques, Bank TT and Internet Bank Transfers are processed

The following applies for USD cheques, bank transfer and Internet Banking transfer:

i. You are responsible for informing us of any funds transfer or posted cheque payment

We focus on enhancing customer value by providing a high-performance cloud computing product and passing savings on administrative overheads back to our customers.  This is why all payments are done through online means, which is the number one global means of small business banking currently. 

We make special accomodations for customers who want to make payments in SGD and IDR, however all such payments are time-consuming and processed manually.  As such, we would like to advise that all incoming funds transfers or cheque payments are not monitored. As such, we don't guarantee that incoming payments of this nature will immediately be processed to account credit unless you alert us.

The most efficient way to process an incoming payment to us is to open a support ticket and inform us of an incoming payment.

ii. Allow 3 working days' processing time

Once payment is received, at least 3 working days processing time for your account to be topped up. 

iii. Funds will be added to your account.

* All funds received through internet banking, cheque and bank TT will be converted to USD credits in your account. Account funds can be applied to pay for any SimplerCloud invoice.

* Please monitor your accounts to maintain enough funds to cover any relevant service fees. We bear no responsibility for service suspension or termination due to processing time of any manual funds transfers.  Be aware that service billing cycles are automatic and will not be paused or extended for any reason.

iv. $10 Processing Fee Applies

A processing fee of USD$10 will apply each time a bank transfer, internet banking or cheque is processed into credits for your account. This fee will be deducted from the credits applied, and is exclusive of any bank or internet transfer fees imposed by the bank or transferrer.


 

2. SGD and IDR Payments 

Payments by SGD and IDR are accepted strictly under the following contexts only.

SGD: Cheques, internet banking bank transfers in SGD

IDR: PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) transfers in IDR ONLY.

All the following conditions apply.

* Payments in SGD / IDR will be converted to USD account credit in your account.  

Account credit can be used to purchase any item or pay any invoice.

* Minimum USD $250 Value

A minimum of USD $250 value is required.

* The exchange rate to SGD /IDR for every fund top-up is set by SimplerCloud.

Every incoming SGD/IDR funds transfer or cheque will be converted to USD funds at the prevailing exchange rate set by SimplerCloud.  The exchange rate is based on prevailing board rate with internal modification.  If you wish to make sure that a specific amount of USD funds is added to your account of a certain amount, please refer to the prevailing exchange rate information or request the prevailing exchange rate from us by opening a support ticket in your SimplerCloud panel.

* $10 Processing Fee Applies

A processing fee of USD$10 will apply each time a bank transfer, internet banking or cheque is processed into credits for your account. This fee will be deducted from the credits applied, and is exclusive of any bank or internet transfer fees imposed by the bank or transferrer.

4. How to purchase a servelet after purchasing account credit in SGD/IDR:

  • Please submit your order through your customer panel online. An invoice for the service will be generated for your account
  • Open a support ticket to inform us that the cheque or bank transfer payment is on the way
  • When payment is received, your account will be topped up with the relevant credit in the stated number of days (take note of the stated exchange rates and the $10 processing fee).
  • You may then use your credits to pay for the invoice. Once an invoice is paid, the service will be provisioned for you.
