Description:
We are conducting a core router upgrade to add additional module and increase its port capacity to cater for growth.
During this period, please expect 5-10 minutes of intermittent downtime as we are inserting the new module. All cloud servelets, dedicated and co-location customers will be affected.
Once the maintenance is underway, we will post an update of the commencement of actual 5-10 minute intermittent down time.
