We detected some technical issues on one of our storage nodes earlier this morning. The issues have since been resolved and the affected storage node is now back up. However, the storage cluster is currently in recovery process, therefore customers might experience slowness when accessing their servelets due to high I/O load.
Please do not reboot your servelet since it may take longer time for a servelet to be started after a reboot when the storage cluster is in recovery process. We will update our Twitter status page once recovery is completed.
