Description: 
We will be conducting a maintenance exercise as part of an overall upgrade plan to improve our cloud infrastructure. Other than a 30-minute window of downtime for some servelet and VPC customers, all services are expected to proceed as usual.  Affected Customers by Plan Type: 


** SimplerCloud Panel - https://my.simplercloud.com
Not Affected. Customers can log in to view tickets and invoices. 


** Order Forms
Order forms will be disabled during this time.


** Virtual Private Customers (If your Plan is VPC Starter or VPC 1-4)


1. Access to your VPC management dashboard will be disabled during the whole period.


2. Downtime of 20 minutes or less will occur during this time frame: 05:00- 09:00 AM, 5 November SGT (GMT+0800)

3. VPC customers will be contacted individually through their SimplerCloud panel with a support ticket with more details.




** Simple Servelets (If your Plan is XS to XL)


1. Access to your SimplerCloud servelet management functionality from https://my.simplercloud.com will be disabled during this period. You will not be able to start, stop, restart/reboot your servelets or accessing your servelet's console. Your servers will remain up during this period with the exception of (3) below.


2. Please refrain from doing maintenance on your servelet during the period, and never shutdown or restart your servelet during the maintenance period. If a servelet is being shut down during the maintenance period, you can only restart it after the maintenance is completed.


3. Please take note: 30 Minutes Down Time Between 16:00 - 24:00hrs, 5 November SGT (GMT+0800)


During this period, we may perform an update that will cause 30 minutes of downtime for some servelets. Due to the nature of the maintenance, it is not possible to project the exact period  as multiple servers will be undergoing the exercise. Regular updates will be posted through our sources below.
