Sporadic Order Form Issue
Some customers may be unable to proceed to the payment step when submitting a New Order.
If you encounter an error at the payment step, you can still make a payment by logging into your SimplerCloud account and accessing the invoice that was generated by your order under Account -> Invoices. You can select and complete a payment mode from there.
We are also actively looking into this issue and hope for a speedy resolution. Please open a support ticket if you need any assistance with this matter.
