1. This conversion to annual/biennial term is applicable for any Simple Cloud (Simple 1, Simple 2, Simple 3, Simple 4, and Simple 5) plans currently on monthly billing terms.
2. This conversion is free of charge.
3. The servelet should not have any outstanding invoices. If the last monthly invoice is still outstanding, please make payment for the invoice first.
4. A new invoice for a period of 1 year (for conversion to the annual billing term) or 2 years (for conversion to the biennial billing term) will be generated. The period will start after the end of the current monthly billing period.
5. You need to make the payment for the invoice before the due date. The usual automated suspension and termination procedure shall apply if the invoice is still not paid past the due date.
6. After the invoice is paid, the servelet will be renewed for a period of 1 year (for the annual term) or 2 years (for the biennial term).
7. There will be STRICTLY NO REFUND for the remaining period if the servelet is terminated before the expiry date of the 1-year (for the annual term) or 2-year (for the biennial term) period.
8. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the conversion to be processed.
