You may want to check the shared IP address setting on the WHM control panel: Home > Server Configuration > Basic cPanel & WHM Setup, and then under "Basic Config", check the value of "The IP address (only one address) that will be used for setting up shared IP virtual hosts". This should be changed to the correct IP address of your servelet: Due to the way how the cPanel template was created, sometimes this value might contain a different (wrong) IP address since it was being hard-coded by cPanel upon template creation.
Also check the account's IP address under WHM control panel: Home > Account Information > List Account and check whether the IP address information next to the domain is correct. If it's not correct, change it to the correct IP address of the servelet.
