You can host as many websites as you want as long as the resources are sufficient to host all the websites. Therefore, the maximum number of websites can be hosted on a single servelet really depends on the load of the sites being hosted and how much computing (RAM, CPU) and disk space (storage) resources required.
The good thing about cloud platform is that upgrading is quite easy, you can always upgrade your plan to increase the number of CPU cores, RAM and disk space within minutes and minimum downtime, without having to change hardware, perform migration or change of IP address. What I can suggest is for you to gradually increase the number of websites you host, and if you notice that the resources need to be upgraded, you can always upgrade your servelet to higher plans.
