The reason why the automated payment was still made even though you have credits in your account is because you have PayPal automated recurring payment profile configured on your account to make payment to us. To ensure that your PayPal account doesn't make payment automatically, you can log in to your PayPal account and terminate the automated recurring payment profile.
You can then re-create the PayPal automated recurring payment profile once your credit has run out.
