Yes. For all customers, a cap is set on the number of servelets you can order from your account. This cap varies from time to time and depends on a number of criteria, including the type of server ordered, the OS or application template selected and the nature of the customer profile. The average cap is between 15-25 servers per account.
You can request us to lift the cap by opening a ticket. We will try our best to work out something for you and may request more information from you at that time, including your organisation information or purpose of use. If approved, we will lift the cap on your servers within 3 working days.
