If your preferred operating system (OS) or application is not on the list of OS templates that we provide, you may write to us to request for the template to be created, and we will check and confirm if the OS/application is supported and the template can be created.
Normally, a new template can be created within 2-3 working days under normal circumstances, unless if there are any further issues.
