Funds that are added to your account will offset any invoices that are generated.

Note:

If you have an active Paypal recurring subscription payment, possibly created upon your first signing up for your SimplerCloud plan, it will still run every month if you do not cancel it after adding funds. Payments made from your Paypal recurring payment will be automatically converted to funds in your account if there is no outstanding invoice.  If you want to make payments from your account funds only, you can temporarily suspend, or terminate, your Paypal recurring subscrtiption by logging into your Paypal account.  

Add Funds Bonus Promotion

From now till December 2017, for every $500 funds added, you will receive a bonus of $55.

To activate this Bonus Offer, please make sure to:

- Add funds of $400 to your account (From your customer account, go to Dashboard > Add Funds)

- VERY IMPORTANT: Open a support ticket from your customer panel with subject line 2017-ADDFUNDS

- We will verify your request and acknowledge the Bonus Offer within 10 working days.
