What to do if your order is marked as "fraud"

If your order is marked as fraud, it will not be processed. 

 

Main Reasons Orders are Marked Fraud

1. Use of VPN or proxy when submitting the order

2. Incorrect or empty account profile fields when submitting the order 


Here is what you can do:

2. You can contact us to request more assistance. 

 

Tips on Resubmitting Your Order

1. Disable all VPN services or proxy services before re-submitting

2. Make sure your account profile is accurate and all information fields are filled in properly.  Please double-check the country field of your address to make sure it reflects your correct address.

 

How We Can Help if You Open a Support Ticket 

1. Orders marked fraud should not have gone to the payment stage, but we will check and refund any payments made, if any.

2. If your second order submission is still marked as fraud, we may perform manual verification.  The manual verification does not guarantee success and requires document submission.  Manual verification can take several days to complete. 

3. Our best recommendation is to try resubmitting your order following the tips provided above.
