If you are not able to console into the servelet with the below error message:

1. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

This is a known issue on the latest version of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. We are still looking into upgrading our could orchestrator system which will resolve this issue.

2. Mozilla Firefox

You may use Mozilla Firefox to access your servelet's console, however, you need to ensure that TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 is enabled on the browser's settings. The latest version of Firefox disables TLS 1.0 and 1.1 by default. To enable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 on Firefox browsers, follow below steps:

• Open Mozilla Firefox, and type "about:config".
• Under "Proceed with Caution", click on "Accept the Risk and Continue".
• Search "tls" on the search bar.
• Under "security.tls.version.enable-deprecated", set the value to "true".

You should be able to access your servelet's console after the above setting is changed.

3. Internet Explorer

You should be able to access your servelet's console using Microsoft Internet Explorer browser without any issues.
