PTR (reverse DNS or RDNS) requests may be sent to us by email to info@simplercloud.com. However, kindly note that not all PTR requests will be accepted and processed.
All PTR requests will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis. In general, PTR requests may be processed if a recognized email hosting control panel such as cPanel, DirectAdmin or Plesk is in use on the VM or servelet in question. Customers requesting PTR records may be asked to provide proof that legitimate email hosting services are functioning on the servelet or VM in question. .
