We have a convenient OS Template that includes automatic installation of cPanel/WHM when the servelet is launched. The installation includes the cPanel/WHM application but does not include the cPanel/WHM license. Because SimplerCloud servelets are self-manageable by default, you can also chose install the application yourself.
cPanel requires a monthly license; you can purchase the license from us or purchase your own.
Support for the cPanel application is generally provided in the form of best efforts assistance and general guidance by email. Advanced trouble-shooting, configuration and even full server management can be provided under our System Administration services.
A. Self-Install: Install Your Own Server Configuration Panel
You have root access to the servelet and if you prefer, you can perform your own WHM and cPanel configuration. cPanel documentation is available on their web site:

B. Order the OS Template with cPanel/WHM
This auto-installation option installs CentOS and cPanel/WHM automatically on your server at the time of launch. It does not include the cPanel/WHM monthly license.
You can purchase the Cpanel license from your SimplerCloud admin panel seperately after the servelet is launched. There are no additional fees for the OS template that includes cpanel/whm, Plesk or DirectAdmin.
C. cPanel/WHM License
Once the panel is automatically set up with your OS, you will have to purchase the license. You may purchase it from any third party, or from us.
If you install Cpanel by yourself, you can also purchase the license from us.
D. Installation/Migration/Trouble-shooting/Patching Cpanel/WHM
Managing your Cpanel services is your responsibility. However, you may also purchase system administration services and specific services for installing, optimising, maintaining and trouble-shooting server configuration panels. Please visit our service page below for more details.
