Instead of clicking on the "Reboot" button on your servelet's control panel, use the "On/Off" button instead by turning off your servelet, wait for a while, and then turn the servelet back on.
The "Reboot" button has some issues and currently we are checking with our vendor to come up with a fix on this. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
