The default billing cycle for all Simple cloud plans, Backup plans, Custom Cloud and Virtual Private Cloud plans is monthly. For dedicated servers, dedicated private cloud, co-location, and other miscellaneous services, quarterly, six-month and annual plans may be the default term, depending on the plan type.

When buying a new Simple plan, you can now select the annual or 24-month billing option directly from the Prices table For Simple plans that are on monthly billing currently, you can upgrade to 1-year or 2-year billing and there will normally be an additional term discount. The term discount is indicated on the same prices menu.

Important: - the most recent monthly invoice on your account must be paid in full before proceeding - Please make sure to pay your most recent monthly invoice by going to your dashboard and clicking on Account - Invoices

Open a support ticket to request an account billing term change, or submit your free request to upgrade to a 1 or 2-year term at this form.

You will receive a response asking you to select one of the following:
[ ] Upgrade to 1-Year billing
[ ] Upgrade to 2-year billing * 1-year billing means that an invoice will be sent to you once every 12 months * 2-year billing mean means that an invoice will be sent to you once every 24 months

For 1-year/2-year discounts, please view this URL: https://www.simplercloud.com/prices/
- After we receive your reply, your billing term will be updated accordingly and a new invoice will be generated for the new term
- The invoice must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice or the service will be suspended

Other things to note:
- Your new invoice will be dated from the end of your last paid invoice
- If payment is not made by the due date, the service will be suspended and terminated, as per usual
- For all billing terms, if service is terminated before the end of term, no refunds will be issued.
