Description:
SGIX (Singapore Internet Exchange) will be performing a software upgrade on their main node, which will affect our connectivity to SGIX peering members and Hurricane Electric (HE) upstream provider.
Service impact duration is approximately 2-3 hours. During the period, traffic towards HE and other SGIX peering partners will be temporarily routed through our other upstream provider (1-Net). Customers might experience slower network connectivity and higher latency during the period.
