Details of network maintenance


Maintenance Period: 2 hours


Downtime: 5-10 Minutes
Others: Intermittent inability to access your server from the SimplerCloud console for 30-60 minutes


Exact start of the 5-10 minute down time will be announced here once the upgrade has commenced.

Description:

We are conducting a core router upgrade and reboot as well as a re-installation of a new SSL certificate for our console proxy server.

During this period, please expect 5-10 minutes of intermittent downtime as we reconfigure and reboot our core router to upgrade routing capacity. All cloud servelets, dedicated and co-location customers will be affected.

Servelet users will also be unable to access their servelets through the console proxy server for approximately 30-60 minutes. This only means that you cannot access your servelets from the console in https://my.simplercloud.com, but the servelets themselves will be accessible, except for the 5-10 minutes of intermittent downtime due to the router reboot.  

Once the upgrade is underway, we will post an update of the commencement of actual 5-10 minute intermittent down time.
