Exact start of the 2-5 minute down time will be announced here once the upgrade has commenced.
Description:
We will be rebooting our storage cluster switch for maintenance purposes. During this period, you may expect 2-5 minutes instance freeze on your servelet when network connectivity to the storage cluster is temporarily disrupted. Only cloud servelets will be affected, dedicated and co-location servers are not affected.
Once the maintenance is underway, we will post an update of the commencement of actual 2-5 minute intermittent down time.
