We detected minor technical issues on part of our storage cluster, resulting in a few servelets having intermittent I/O access issue to the storage disks. We are currently working on to resolve the problem. Any further updates will be posted here.
Update at 11:30am: We have isolated the problem to be caused by a suspected bad disk, and we have taken out the disk from our storage cluster. The cluster is now recovering, and we are currently monitoring it closely. You may still experience slowness in accessing your servelet due to high I/O load during the recovery process, which will take couple of hours. Any further updates will be posted here.
Update at 1:45pm: The recovery process is completed, and our storage cluster is now back to health state. The issue should be resolved now. Please kindly open a support ticket if you are still experiencing issues.
