News: (Resolved) Technical Issues on Our Storage Cluster

We detected technical issues on network connecivitity to our one of our storage clusters that is affecting a few customers. We are currently working to resolve the problem ASAP. Any further updates will be posted here.


Update at 12:25pm: We have isolated the problem to a faulty storage switch, and we have temporarily switch-over that storage cluster to another available switch to resolve the problem. Our affected storage nodes are currently recovering, which we expect will take some hours.


Affected customers should be able to access their servelets now, although they might experience slower access due to higher I/O load. If you were affected and are still not able to access your servelet now, you are advised to access the servelet via console to check, and if the servelet is not responding, try to power off and power on the servelet. Please also do contact us through a support ticket so we can help further.


Update at 5:50pm: The recovery have been completed. We are currently monitoring the health of the cluster closely.
